Checklist and Reminders for All Students

Are you ready, Lynx? 

Before we begin the fall 2020 semester, there are some tasks that you will need to complete. Whether your classes are on campus or remote, please review the Student Checklist below to make sure you are ready to make the most of your CU Denver experience this fall.

The checklist includes tasks for all incoming students with links to various student resources and specific tasks depending on where you are in your CU Denver student journey.

Student ID

Have a valid student ID?

Having your valid student ID will ensure access to campus and will improve your experience. All students, staff, and faculty are required to visibly wear their CU Denver ID badge when on campus.

UCDAccess Portal To-Do List

Review your UCDAccess Portal To-Do List and submit requested documents.

Visit the CU Denver Student Portal to review any to do’s for financial aid and scholarships or other required registration steps.

Returning to Campus

If you plan to come to campus, please visit the safe return website for guidance and requirements.

Before arriving on campus, you must take a one-time SkillSoft training. And each day you plan to be on campus, you should take your own temperature and complete a daily health attestation.

There are also several return-to-campus resources and videos that will be helpful as you prepare.

Housing and Dining

If you are going to be living at Lynx Crossing, make sure you are set for move in day.

Job & Internship Opportunities

If you are interested in securing a job or internship this semester, be sure to check out opportunities on Handshake.

You can also talk to someone at LynxConnect through the virtual front desk.

Events & Activities

Stay engaged and active through various events and activities this Fall.

Check out the Campus Happenings for fun virtual events that keep you connected to the CU Denver experience.

Student Organizations

Join a student organization or virtual events and activities.

Participate in a student organization and connect with other students while building leadership skills.

Financial Aid & Scholarships

Submit requested documents for financial aid and scholarships.

As a CU Denver student, you have exclusive access to ScholarLynx+. The application allows you to apply for scholarships offered by CU Denver and private donors.

Course Modality

Confirm how your courses will be delivered. Are you online, hybrid, or on-campus?
