Student Support Systems
The Office of Student Success is here to help students during their time at CU Denver!Oct 13, 2023
Have you ever received an email titled "I'm Here to Help" or "Keep Up the Great Work"? This is the Early Action team reaching out to check in! We ask your instructors to let us know if they'd like us to check in with you to see if you need support this semester. This may be because you missed a few classes, could benefit from tutoring, are missing assignments, or for just a general check-in.
You may receive a phone call and/or email from our office checking in with you during the semester. We can connect you with different on-campus resources such as the Learning Resources Center or help you think through conversations you need to have with your professor, advisor, or any other person or office on campus. We encourage you to engage in this process and remember- we're here to help!
So, who are the faces behind Early Action? The Office of Student Success! Our team is focused on providing you with holistic support through strengths-based outreach, critical conversations, and triage to student support teams. You can learn more about Early Action and how it impacts on your student experience at Early Action (ucdenver.edu). If you click on the “Resources for Students” tab, you can find all the different offices and programs we have at CU Denver to make sure you achieve all your goals, while feeling supported and connected to the campus community.
Our goal is to support you during your time here as a CU Denver Lynx. You can also be proactive by getting in touch with your advisor, but also tutors, peer mentors, and student success coaches.
As a reminder, Navigate is no longer available through our campus systems, instead, you can do all your scheduling with your advisor and other resources through Inspire. If you have any questions, please reach out to your academic advisor or contact us at email@example.com. Follow this link to log in and learn more: Success Technologies (ucdenver.edu).
