Docusign is currently available to university researchers, faculty and staff. This HIPAA-compliant web-based application is a fast, secure way to create, sign and send documents from any device. Beginning in mid-November 2024, multi-factor authentication (MFA) with Duo will be required to log in to Docusign.

The eComm license includes Salesforce, Marketing Cloud and Cvent. It enables users to create and send personalized promotional and transactional email messages using contact data of our constituents. Cvent, an event registration and management tool, is also included in the package. The university will centrally fund one eComm license for each school, college and university-approved administrative units.

OIT, in partnership with all other CU campuses, supports and manages a cloud-based GitHub Enterprise license as well as a CU Denver | Anschutz dedicated GitHub Organization. This service allows university developers (staff and faculty) to create, manage and leverage Public, Internal and Private GitHub Repositories.

Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a suite of cloud computing services providing a series of modular cloud services including computing, data storage, data analytics and machine learning. It also provides infrastructure as a service, platform as a service, and serverless computing environments.

Cloud computing, productivity and collaboration tool designed for stringent security standards. Google Workspace has been implemented to further support the entire spectrum of CU Anschutz research. Microsoft 365 will remain the university’s primary tool of choice and Google Workspace will be used as a collaboration tool for research purposes only.

Grammarly for Education is an enterprise agreement that allows university faculty, staff and students to utilize the Grammarly tool at a discounted rate. Grammarly is a real-time communication assistant that works across many applications to assist users with grammar and usage, phrasing and readability, spelling and more.  

Old or unused hard drives from redundant obsolete computers, retired servers, unused flash drives and photocopiers can be disposed of by submitting a request to Facilities Management using the EMS Reservation system.
