After completing the FAFSA, the Financial Aid and Scholarships Office will notify you by university email if additional documentation is needed to consider you for an award.

Please note: For security purposes, we cannot accept paperwork by email. Acceptable file formats for document uploads include: pdf, xdp, pst, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, txt, rtf, jpg, jpeg, png, tiff, and tif.
Please note: We are unable to accept documents that are password protected. Please remove password protections prior to submitting documents.

Certification of True, Exact, and Complete Eligibility
Submit citizenship documents if unable to present documents we requested in person.
Unaccompanied Youth
Verify your status as an unaccompanied youth who was homeless on or after July 1.
Dependency Override
Request that parental information is not required on the FAFSA due to unusual circumstances.
Work-Study Request
Work-study is a financial aid award that gives students part-time work to earn money to pay for educational expenses.
