International Payments and Refunds

The University of Colorado Denver │ Anschutz Medical Campus has partnered with Flywire to streamline the tuition payment process for International Students. Flywire has created an International Payment Portal to provide an easy and secure way to make payments from your home country. This service allows you to save on bank fees and exchange rates, access multilingual customer support and track your payment from start to finish. Options include bank transfers, debit/credit cards, or other local payment options dependent on your country.

The timing of payments made through Flywire will depend on the time it takes your bank to process the wire payment and the time it takes for Flywire to remit the payment to the university. The University of Colorado Denver │ Anschutz Medical Campus is not responsible for delays due to Flywire and/or bank processing times. Students must make payments on time to ensure that the university receives the funds by the tuition and fee due date.

Instructions for Students, Parents, and other Third Parties using the Flywire Payment Portal for the University of Colorado Denver │ Anschutz Medical Campus:

• Go to CU Denver's webpage on the Flywire website.
  
• Select your country of origin and choose your preferred payment method 
• Follow the instructions provided and track your payment via email/text notifications
• Once you have guaranteed your payment in Flywire please allow 3-5 business days for it to be posted to your student account.

The University of Colorado Denver │ Anschutz Medical Campus is excited to announce we are utilizing our trusted partner Flywire to provide international students with a secure and easy method for university refunds and other university international payments. 

This new service will provide the University of Colorado Denver with a way to process payments quickly and securely in the students’ local currencies. 

How It Works:

International students owed refunds/payments from the University of Colorado Denver │ Anschutz Medical Campus will receive an email from Trolley.com, requesting you enter your international bank account information. To keep you and your information secure, you will receive a separate email from the same email address with a verification code. You should enter the verification code to authenticate and begin entering your banking information. 

After you have entered your bank account information, the university will submit your refund/payment to your international bank account of choice.

Once the university sends your payment, you will receive a confirmation email from Trolley.com with your payment information. You should expect payment in 1-2 business days after receiving the confirmation email.
