Current Adobe users need to download their Adobe files to their university OneDrive by June 1, 2023 to avoid lost data or assets.

These tools, software, and programs have all been vetted by our security and compliance team and are supported by our service desk.
The university Adobe Creative Cloud enterprise license expires June 01, 2023. We are not accepting any more requests until the new licensing is available.
New licenses for all faculty and staff will be available to pre-request starting on July 1, 2023 with service starting July 14, 2023.
Current licenses will remain ACTIVE until July 13, 2023 so that there is no disruption to your work.

With this change in licensing, all current Adobe users will lose access to any files they have saved to the Adobe Creative Cloud in June. Please download your files and save them to a secure university file location prior to June 1, 2023. If you need support in transferring your files from Adobe to a secure file location such as OneDrive, our Service Desk is available to assist you.
Current faculty and staff can request a license for Adobe Creative Cloud at the new rate starting July 01, 2023. Please come back for the updated request form.
Please have your department speedtype ready to complete the request on the OIT Service Center portal. Licenses cannot be purchased with a procurement card.
When you submit the order, a service request will be created and you will receive an email with an Incident / Record ID number. Once you receive a follow-up message that you have been approved for a license, you can access the Adobe Creative Cloud software by going to https://www.adobe.com/.
