Summer semester, with reduced fees

Registration is now open for the summer 2020 semester.

Whether you’re a continuing student or a brand new one, or even if you normally go out-of-state but have returned home during the pandemic, there are a lot of good reasons to sign up for CU Denver classes this summer.  

  • Expanded offerings: Nearly 600 classes from 69 academic departments are being offered. Explore the breadth and depth of our summer class offerings here.
  • Lower fees: Here are the regular fees that you WON'T have to pay for the summer semester:
      • ​​All Auraria fees (bond, student facilities, energy renewal, Phoenix Center, Health Center), totaling $108.55 per student
      • Auraria RTD College Pass fee ($125.00 per student)
      • CU Denver Student Wellness Center fee ($12.00 per credit hour)
      • ​Online Fee ($100 per online course, $50 per hybrid course)
  • Access to services: Even though the fees are reduced, you’ll still have access to services funded by these fees, including remote wellness programming and resources from the CU Denver Wellness Center, the Phoenix Center, and the Auraria Health Center (which you can call at 303-615-9999 for any COVID-19 related concerns).
  • All kinds of reasons, depending on your situation: advance progress toward your degree completion, complete your Core Curriculum requirements, focus on your career development, or learn something new.
