Unified Messaging voicemail capabilities, tied to a new or existing telephone (or telephones) as provided by the university. The telephone may be physical or virtual.
Request Unified Messaging
To request unified messaging voicemail, submit a service request to the OIT Service Center or email the Service Desk with your request.
Directions to submit a service request via the OIT Service Center portal:
- Click the Request Unified Messaging button above or go to the OIT Service Center
- Click "Login" in the upper right hand corner
- Select "Make a Request"
- Scroll down and choose "Phone Service"
- Select Voicemail from the list of services
