Zoom Webinars allows you to connect and engage with large audiences. Zoom Webinars help reduce the risk of disruptions for audiences who mostly join to listen and learn. The feature allows you to be able to require registration and offer a Q&A option for participants to submit questions. Hourly Usage Rates:
The cost for support is calculated on an hourly basis. Services include comprehensive technical support to ensure your webinar runs smoothly. This covers setup, troubleshooting, and real-time assistance during the event.

Other Available University Options
In addition, Microsoft Teams live events provide tools to schedule webinar events and manage attendee registration as well. Microsoft Teams live events are enabled for all university staff, faculty and students. Live events provide similar functionality to a Zoom Webinar and does not require any additional cost to use. Click on the Calendar in Teams and click on the down arrow next to New meeting to view the Live event option.
