IT service alerts about computing systems, applications and services that are used by faculty, staff and students are updated regularly on the OIT webpage. Service alerts include:
• Scheduled changes
• Planned maintenance windows
• Notices about service outages
• Potential issues in various area across both campuses
Unplanned and unexpected outages are updated in a timely manner under System Status on our home page as incidents occur. What do these batteries mean?
• Green battery indicates that all systems are operational.
• Yellow battery signifies possible service issues and our team is working on determining if there is a widespread issue.
• Red battery alerts us about an outage. The battery information will indicate where the outage is and estimated time until the issue will be resolved.
Clicking on the “View system alerts “button will take you to a downloadable pdf of the planned maintenance work for that week, giving you advance notice of any potential interruption of service that may affect your work. Faculty, staff and students can also report an outage at any time by calling 303-724-4357 or 4-HELP (4-4357) from a campus phone.
