Zoom Services Available Through EMS App
Apr 12, 2021Hosting a virtual event using Zoom and don’t know what to do next? OIT’s Technology Support Services team offers a suite of services for hosting and virtually staffing and supporting Zoom webinars and meetings. EMS – the university’s room and resource scheduling system tool – has been updated to include a separate request form for technology assistance for large-scale Zoom gatherings or Zoom events requiring additional support.
The new template in the EMS app is for Zoom-only events that require a Zoom Webinar, Zoom Meeting, or both. This paid service includes staffing and support, and the reservation template allows you to include additional customized features in that support such as management of break-out rooms, adding hold music for webinars, and invite reservation management.
