Campus Portal Login (UCD Access): PassportID Single Sign-On will provide a list of resources available for student, faculty and staff use.
VPN and Remote Access: Allows users to secure a network connection and access University resources (network drives, etc.) from off-campus or while connected to the secure CU Denver wireless network.

Equipment: Audiovisual and classroom equipment can be checked out for classroom use or other events on the CU Anschutz Medical Campus and in CU owned buildings at CU Denver. There is generally no charge for equipment required for classes. For events, please make the equipment request three days in advance. On CU Anschutz, equipment can be picked up in ED2 North, Room 5124 or delivered for a fee. For CU owned buildings at CU Denver, please call (303)315-2055 to make arrangements.
Medical Teaching Labs: Medical Teaching Lab Support includes providing supplies and equipment for microbiology, physiology, pathology, histology, and phlebotomy labs on the CU Anschutz Medical Campus. Equipment available: binocular microscopes with 4X-100X objectives, centrifuges, surgical instruments, sterilizers, water baths, incubators, and more. Submit your request two weeks prior to the class/event.
Computer or device setup/support: The Desktop Services unit provide services to all faculty and staff including warranty and out-of-warranty support, systems set-up and repair, software installation, and hardware upgrade and installation assistance. Call (303)724-4357 (4-HELP) or submit a ticket for computer or device setup.
File Sharing/Storage: Staff are provided with 4GB of basic storage, typically via a home or departmental shared drive. Additional storage is available for a fee. Submit a file server request. In addition, 1TB of cloud storage is provided through OneDrive for Business. Learn more about saving and sharing files with OneDrive.
Application Development: OIT staff can help design, develop, and deploy your web-based application. Web applications can meet a variety of needs, including web sites, content sites, data collection tools for research or administrative functions, and the list continues. This service can be utilized by any school, department, center, or researcher within the University and its affiliates. Request assistance with application development.
Software: We offer free access to many software applications including, MATLAB, Formstack and Microsoft Office products. Make sure to check for available downloads before making an unnecessary purchase.
