As part of ongoing efforts to improve user experience and enhance IT security, the Identity Management team will be migrating a key system to the cloud from May 20 to 23. There is no impact expected for existing university users, though new student and employee accounts assigned during this time will be created after this maintenance window. ISS and OIT are working with multiple departments and vendors campuswide to implement this migration quickly and effectively. To request assistance, please log into the OIT Service Center with your university credentials.
Select, "Make a Request."
Choose "Computers and Devices" from the menu tile options. Then select "Computers" from the next screen and click "New." Enter in the details you need help with (operating system errors, etc.) and an OIT team member will reach out to you to troubleshoot and find a solution.
