Identity Management Maintenance

May 20-23rd, 2025

As part of ongoing efforts to improve user experience and enhance IT security, the Identity Management team will be migrating a key system to the cloud from May 20 to 23. There is no impact expected for existing university users, though new student and employee accounts assigned during this time will be created after this maintenance window. ISS and OIT are working with multiple departments and vendors campuswide to implement this migration quickly and effectively. Evaluation of New Software/Technology

Consultation on purchasing new software or technology. Capability, technical requirements and other factors are reviewed to help make decisions about what hardware and/or software to purchase.
Request Assistance

To request an evaluation of new software or technology, click on the button link and submit a request to the OIT Service Center. 

Log in using your university credentials. Click "Make a Request," scroll down and click on the tile for "Software/Applications." From there, a list of currently supported software will display. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select the tile for "Other/misc?" Then, select the option for "New." 

You will enter the details for your request and a member from OIT will get back to you.
