Identity Management Maintenance
May 20-23rd, 2025
As part of ongoing efforts to improve user experience and enhance IT security, the Identity Management team will be migrating a key system to the cloud from May 20 to 23. There is no impact expected for existing university users, though new student and employee accounts assigned during this time will be created after this maintenance window. ISS and OIT are working with multiple departments and vendors campuswide to implement this migration quickly and effectively. Anthology Ally is a content accessibility tool built into Canvas. The tool can be used by faculty to improve the accessibility of their course, or made available to students for on-demand universal design options.
The tool is built into Canvas by default and can be requested to be turned off, if preferred.
