These products are free to the public. Signage with information on where to find the menstrual product dispensers are posted in all restrooms.

Yes! A preferred first name may be a nickname, middle name, professional name that reflects publications or professional activities, anglicized name, a chosen name, or an affirming name that aligns with an employee’s gender identity and expression.

If an employee chooses to enter a preferred first name into the HCM self-service portal, the system will automatically update the Badging Office, and the change will update their login credentials and email address. These updates may take up to 3-5 business days to cascade to all three systems. Please visit the following sites for more information:

Yes! You may choose to set a preferred first and/or middle name to display instead of your primary name in approved university systems and records. Later, when you apply to graduate, you can set a diploma name to be printed on your diploma.

Auraria LGBTQ Student Resource Center

The LGBTQ Student Resource Center (SRC) is a tri-institutional office on the Auraria Campus serving the students, faculty and staff of Metropolitan State University of Denver, Community College of Denver and University of Colorado at Denver. The LGBTQ SRC is available to all Auraria students as a resource for exploring issues of sexual orientation and gender identity.
