The Office of Equity (OE) administers the University's Nondiscrimination and Sexual Misconduct Policies by addressing all complaints of protected class discrimination and harassment, prohibited sexual misconduct, and any related retaliation reported by University students, faculty, staff, and/or third parties. The OE also administers the University's Conflict of Interest in Cases of Amorous Relationships Policy.
The OE employs comprehensive and unbiased resolution processes to ensure safety and prevent further harm, offer support resources, understand the scope of the problem, and determine options for resolution.
