Project Include offers training, quick program support, Universal Design and Inclusion Kits, and customized coaching and materials support to licensed Colorado child care programs.
All Project Include team members have specialized knowledge in assistive technology and universal design and inclusion strategies for children from birth to age 5. Our team includes professionals who have worked as teachers, speech-language pathologists, and occupational therapists in preschool and early childhood settings.

Katie Hwang is a licensed
early childhood special educator and certified early childhood coach based in
Colorado. She serves as a research instructor at the Center for Inclusive
Design and Engineering, specializing in the social-emotional learning of young
children, bringing 18 years of experience in early childhood education. Her
primary focus is on creating tailored programs for early childhood educators in
Colorado, aiming to continually enhance their skills and implement best
practices for the development of young children. Her dedication extends to the
inclusion of all children, especially those with delays, disabilities, or
differences.
