Deadbeats Jamboree Festival Wednesday, July 1 to Monday, July 6

The Auraria Campus will host the Deadbeats Jamboree festival on campus for the 4th of July holiday. Due to festival set-up and teardown, there will be minor impacts to the Tivoli Quad and surrounding areas, Wednesday, July 1 to Monday, July 6.

Parking and Street Closures

Wednesday, July 1

• Partial closures to Walnut Street parking meters.

Thursday, July 2

• Walnut Street between 10^th and 11^th will be closed to through traffic
• Walnut Street eastbound lane between 11^th and 12^th Streets will be closed
• 11^th Steet between Walnut and Larimer Streets will be closed

Friday, July 3 – Saturday, July 4 (CAMPUS CLOSED)

• Festival site on the Tivoli Quad closed starting at 8 a.m. July 3 until 8 a.m. Sunday, July 5
• Road Closures:
  • Larimer St and Speer Blvd.
  • 11^th Street and Auraria Parkway
  • 12^th Street and Walnut

Monday, July 6

• Walnut Street between 10^th and 11^th will be closed to through traffic
• Walnut Street eastbound lane between 11^th and 12^th Streets will be closed
• 11^th Steet between Walnut and Larimer Streets will be closed

Harry Potter DroneArt Show Friday, June 10th - 11th

The Harry Potter DroneArt Show will be hosted on the Auraria Campus on Friday, July 10 and Saturday, July 11 at the Tivoli Quad. As a result, there will be temporary parking, traffic, and pedestrian access impacts on campus. Faculty, staff, students, and visitors are encouraged to plan ahead.

Parking Impacts

Spruce Lot and Dogwood Lot

• Closed: Friday, July 10 & Saturday, July 11
• These lots will not be available for daily parking.

Metered Parking
The following metered parking spaces will be unavailable July 9–12:

• Walnut Street between 10th and 11th Streets (adjacent to Tivoli Quad)
• 11th Street between Larimer Street and Walnut Street

Temporary Access Restrictions

For public safety during the drone performances, a temporary Exclusion Zone will be in effect.
