CU Denver provides leadership education programs and workshops through the Office of Student Life and Campus Community. Leadership education programs are designed to provide students with tools and skills to become confident leaders. Participation in leadership programs may also help students connect with each other, giving them an increased sense of belonging here at CU Denver.
Our Summit Leadership Program is open to all CU Denver students.
This 11-week leadership short course is on the Social Change Model of Leadership. In this program you'll meet like-minded people and hopefully create some new friendships as you learn to be a great leader.
Each year students have the opportunity to attend over 20 one-time LEAD workshops to learn about a variety of leadership topics.
These programs include a set of focused experiences including workshops, service, and reflection that enhance your knowledge about a topic and yourself.
These awards celebrate CU Denver student leaders who displayed excellence as selected by their peers, faculty, and staff. Milo's Student Leader Scholarship is also awarded at this event.
Want to learn more about yourself as a leader? Facing a leadership challenge and need to talk through the situation? Contact us for a coaching appointment. Our staff meet with students through Zoom or in the office.
