Stop The Bleed Training

Stop the Bleed® (Civilian Trauma Training) teaches participants basic life-saving medical interventions:
- Bleeding control with a tourniquet
- Bleeding control with gauze packs or topical hemostatic agents
This National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians (NAEMT) course is for civilians with limited or no medical training who wish to learn evidence-based, life-saving bleeding control techniques that can dramatically increase casualty survival.
This course is sponsored by Auraria Campus Emergency Management. Registration is free and can be done through their website. The training is held at 1200 7th Street on the Auraria Campus. More information is available here: Auraria Campus Emergency Management
