The CFDA provides programs, resources, and services that support faculty as they work toward rank advancement; grow as leaders in their departments, communities and fields; and thrive as members of the University community. The CFDA provides grants for faculty professional development opportunities, several mentoring programs, tenure and promotion support, a library of successful dossier models, dossier building support, professional development programs, and communities of practice.

Fall 14-Day Writing Challenge

Oct 17 - Oct 28, 2022 | 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Join the CFDA as we participate in the National Center for Faculty Development and Diversity’s (NCFDD) 14-day Fall Writing Challenge together! If you join, you’ll commit to writing 30 minutes a day (Monday-Friday) from October 17-30.

Once you have signed up for NCFDD membership, you can register for the Fall 2022 Writing Challenge. You will be placed in a group with writers from across the country and world to support each other & provide accountability. You will log your minutes of writing through an NCFDD dashboard.

If you haven’t yet created your free NCFDD membership, please do so at: https://www.ucdenver.edu/centers/cfda/faculty-resources/ncfdd
Once you’ve activated your NCFDD membership, please register for the Summer 14-day Writing Challenge at: https://www.facultydiversity.org/14-day-challenge

Announcements

The CFDA will be working remotely from May 13th thru August 9th. We will be available from 9-5pm Monday through Fridays, and in person at the Learning Commons, 3rd floor space on Wednesdays from 8-3pm. If you need assistance outside of these hours, please email us at CFDA@udenver.edu
