The CFDA provides programs, resources, and services that support faculty as they work toward rank advancement; grow as leaders in their departments, communities and fields; and thrive as members of the University community. The CFDA provides grants for faculty professional development opportunities, several mentoring programs, tenure and promotion support, a library of successful dossier models, dossier building support, professional development programs, and communities of practice.

Certificate in Multicultural Mentoring | Session 3

The University of Colorado Denver's Center for Faculty Development & Advancement and the Office for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, in collaboration with the International Mentoring Association (IMA) are pleased to offer this three-part series that will provide CU Denver faculty and staff tools for effective multicultural mentoring. Participants who attend all three live sessions will earn a certificate, and participants in any of the sessions will be eligible for half price membership to the IMA.
