The CFDA provides programs, resources, and services that support faculty as they work toward rank advancement; grow as leaders in their departments, communities and fields; and thrive as members of the University community. The CFDA provides grants for faculty professional development opportunities, several mentoring programs, tenure and promotion support, a library of successful dossier models, dossier building support, professional development programs, and communities of practice.

Faculty Mentoring Program Luncheon

Let’s get together and celebrate our mentoring relationships! The luncheon is an opportunity for mentors and mentees to gather over lunch, enjoy some time together, and connect with others in the program as well.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we’re taking a nontraditional approach to the luncheon this year. The CFDA will order boxed lunches for everyone. Please come pick them up in the CFDA’s beautiful new space on the third floor of City Heights. Then please take your lunch outside*, eat with your mentor, mentee, or fellow program participants, and enjoy the lovely seating areas outside City Heights.
*This is in alignment with current CDC guidelines governing the hosting of events.
