The CFDA provides programs, resources, and services that support faculty as they work toward rank advancement; grow as leaders in their departments, communities and fields; and thrive as members of the University community. The CFDA provides grants for faculty professional development opportunities, several mentoring programs, tenure and promotion support, a library of successful dossier models, dossier building support, professional development programs, and communities of practice.

Community of Practice: BIPOC Tenured/Tenure-Track Faculty

The BIPOC Tenured/Tenure-Track Faculty Community of Practice offers tenured and tenure-track faculty members of color a safe space for professional learning and conversation. Each meeting will offer group-generated discussion on topics of interest related to retention, tenure, promotion, and other forms of career advancement. This will be followed by open time for conversation and community building. For more information, please contact facilitator Dr. Yang Wang (assistant professor, Art History) or the CFDA.
