The Center for Faculty Development and Advancement operates under the Office of Faculty Affairs, which provides academic leadership resources, oversees faculty processes, and organizes faculty awards/recognition events.
This interactive session will provide an overview of how to start the process of getting a book contract for academic work. We will discuss how to identify publishers, write a proposal, and connect with potential editors. We will also provide an overview of different questions to consider when offered a contract.
