The CFDA provides programs, resources, and services that support faculty as they work toward rank advancement; grow as leaders in their departments, communities and fields; and thrive as members of the University community. The CFDA provides grants for faculty professional development opportunities, several mentoring programs, tenure and promotion support, a library of successful dossier models, dossier building support, professional development programs, and communities of practice.

Ready, Set, Go: A Mentoring Plan for a New Semester

Grab your morning coffee and join us to discuss what a restart might look like for your 2021 mentoring plan. Share your experiences, expertise, and advice on teaching, research and other professional challenges. Renew your commitment to mentoring with explicit plans for the upcoming semester. Session goals:
• Create goals for your work as a mentee or a mentor in the coming semester.
• Support other mentors and mentees by providing feedback on goals. Request feedback on your own goals for yourself or your mentee.
