The Learning Resources Center has recently partnered with Student Lingo® to provide 24/7 on-demand workshops. The videos vary in length and offer everything from Academic and Career Exploration to Online Learning and Personal Management. Learning Resources Center (LRC) tutoring services are internationally certified by the College Reading and Learning Association (CRLA) International Tutor Training Program Certification (ITTPC). The certification sets international standards for tutoring services, including program administration, specialized training, evaluation, and leadership development to ensure that all tutors are trained in the most effective tutoring methods.



Faculty are our greatest resource when it comes to recruitment of quality tutors for CU Denver students. Our needs are ever-changing, so please check back regularly for more information. If you know of someone in your class who would be a great peer educator, please contact us at LRC@ucdenver.edu. 

Tutor Application

In order to align with Univeristy practices on student retention and sucess, the LRC is currently utilizing Navigate to schedule tutoring, study skills workshops, SI, and I-Prep. If your student is finding it difficult to sign-up, try the helpful guides below. Each one details specifics on how students can get the most out of our services by signing up through their CU Denver student portal.Additionally, feel free to direct your students to our specific services where they can find helpful information on Navigate. Please note: Regardless of synchronous or asynchronous course delivery, students are unable to sign up for any LRC service that conflicts with a scheduled class time.
