Explore the World Scholarship (HI USA)

Eligibility:
- U.S. citizen, green card holder, or permanent resident, ages 18–30
- Demonstrated financial need (e.g., Pell Grant or low household income)
- Limited or no prior international travel experience
- First Passport Edition requires no prior U.S. passport
