Tracey Adams is an experienced higher education leader dedicated to advancing student success, equity, and inclusive excellence. She currently serves as the Director of Student Success Initiatives at the University of Colorado Denver, where she oversees student success technologies, student success coaching, and guides proactive outreach strategies for at‑promise students. Her career includes key leadership roles at several universities where she directed culturally responsive programs and built initiatives supporting historically minoritized student populations. Tracey holds an M.A. in Higher Education Leadership and Organizational Change from the University of Denver and a B.A. in African American Studies from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
Bryanna Streeter (she/her) joined the Student Success Initiatives team as a Student Success Coach in Fall 2022. Bryanna is originally from sunny Southern California and moved to Colorado to pursue her MS in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Colorado State University, which she completed in 2021. Bryanna is passionate about fostering student success inside and outside of the classroom via holistic, student-centered coaching. In her free time Bryanna enjoys karaoke, video games, and spending quality time with her cat Biscuit and her husband Orlando. Bryanna is also an avid boba tea fan and is always on the lookout for new boba shops to explore!
