Spring 2026 ONLY contracts are available Wednesday October 1st, 2025

Our Contracting Process for Spring 2026 ONLY will be available for students in the housing portal on October 1st, 2025!

If you have a 2025–2026 Academic Year housing contract, and are currently living on campus for the Fall 2025 semester, you do not need to complete a Spring 2026 ONLY contract.

Students who have completed and signed their Spring 2026 ONLY contracts will receive their placements beginning the week of December 8th, 2025.

Get Ready for the Spring 2026 ONLY Contracting Process:

Future Residents who are under the age of 18 at the time of signing a Spring 2026 ONLY contract will need a parent or guardian signature to successfully secure their Spring 2026 housing.
