We are pleased to share the details of our March 30th, 2022 code deployment to Sitefinity:

Page Template Changes

• Domain Search Option: As a follow-up to our enterprise search replacement efforts, we have released a domain-only search option for users.  Now, users will be able to select if they want to search that particular domain they are on or all University sites.  Please note, we will be user testing this new change now that it's live as we needed real content and data to run proper user tests.  We will also be sharing out our plans to turn on site-only search options in our Monthly Community Meeting that is scheduled for April 14th. 
• Quick Links Updates: We worked with the CU Denver and CU Anschutz University Communication teams to make a few changes to the options listed Quick Links mega menu upon drop-down.  This included some re-arranging of the categories in Quick Links and alterations of the links listed. 
• Critical Page Footer Updates: We worked with the CU Denver University Communications teams to make some UI and UX changes to the footer in the Critical Path Template.  Only CU Denver pages using the Critical Path Template were impacted by this change. 

Enhancements to Current Functionality 

• Videos in Featured News Templates: Videos are now supported in featured news. 
• Article Callout Boxes in Article Detail Views: Site builders are now able to create and show-case call-out boxes on articles that are not part of the main text to allow users to read some highlights on a side-bar.  You will see a new section in the editing interface of the article content type where you can add a callout box.
• Checklist Steps Update: Per our community's feedback, we have changed the "description" field in Checklist Steps to be a rich text editor to allow site builders to have additional formatting options to enhance their pages. 
• Cards Hero Template Padding Changes: We updated the HTML of the card widget hero template to account for un-even padding. 
• Web Bio Table Updates: In the table view of web bio, title and additional titles are now on separate lines. 

Notable Bug Fixes

• The hero video text-box was jumping in height when there was minimal text and was hovered.  We added a min height to prevent it. 
• ColoradoSPH link color update in checklist phase body copy has been changed to be the correct color.
• All day events in the Events content type now display the correct dates.
• ColoradoSPH Cards have the correct gray background now instead of white.
