CU Denver Sitefinity Support Change
CU Denver University Communications will now support all CU Denver Sitefinity websites.
As of 6/1/2026, ISS (IT) will no longer provide user support. This change supports the transition to CU HyperLynx and the future Drupal platform. Existing websites will continue to function as normal. Submit all help requests through the web support form:

Issue: People logging into Sitefinity may not see the pencil icon after correctly logging in and therefore cannot access the Sitefinity dashboard. When they try to log in again they see a message that says "user currently logged in...".
Workaround 1:
Attempt to add /sitefinity/dashboard to the root of the main URL, this should take the user directly into the sitefinity dashboard. For example: cuanschutz.edu/sitefinity/dashboard
Workaround 2:
- Users will need to open the dev tools in their browser, (use the f12 key, or sometimes the fn and f12 key to open, people can also right click on the page and go to inspect to open the dev tools also).
- With dev tools open, user will need to select the “Network” tab at the top and then check the “Disable cache” button.
- Leave the dev tools window open (needs to be open for this to work) as user logs in normally and the pencil icon should appear. Once user is able to go into the dashboard, they should be ok to close out the dev tools window and resume work.
