Math-science teachers need access to insightful research, an understanding of learning for diverse students and highly impactful assessment and teaching practices. University of Colorado Denver’s MA in STEM Education concentration in mathematics-science education prepares you to be a leader and advocate at the forefront of this field. You may choose from on-campus, hybrid and fully online formats.

This program is designed for licensed practicing teachers with a passion for scientific discovery, mathematical problem-solving and educational equity. You will learn from nationally and internationally recognized faculty members who are known for innovation and research in STEM education.

Personalized Professional master’s degree TM

The STEM MA is part of CU Denver’s Personalized Professional master’s degree™. Join an innovative program that provides courses and deepens your expertise in math-science education. At the same time, this Personalized Professional master’s degree allows you to customize your curriculum by selecting from courses outside of the main area of focus according to your own needs and interests.
