To determine eligibility for accommodations, we utilize a flexible process including a meeting/interview, review of documentation and an analysis of the impact of the disability in a learning environment.
To begin determining if you are eligible for accommodations, follow our easy 3-Step Process:
Step One: Visit the Register for an Accommodation Form and fill out the requested information and submit. Within 24 hrs., you will receive an email notification to contact our front desk and make an appointment with a Coordinator.
Step Two: While accessing the Register for Accommodations form, if you have supporting documentation, please upload it in the form. If you do not have any documentation, complete the registration form, and submit it. Documentation is not required to meet with a staff member.
Step Three: Meet with counselor to discuss the impact of the condition/disability and how it specifically impacts you in an educational setting. We will discuss documentation needs, if any, and discuss reasonable accommodations.
