Maitreyi Kale, Assistive Technology Coordinator

Maitreyi (My-thray-ee) joined CU Denver in August 2024 as the Assistive Technology Coordinator. She manages the Assistive Technology Lab, oversees captioning and document remediation requests, and helps students explore assistive technology accommodations to support their learning.
 
Maitreyi holds a Master’s in Human Factors Engineering and a Certificate in Assistive Technology from Tufts University. As a former international student, she is passionate about helping international students at higher education institutions discover and access valuable campus resources.
 
Outside of work, Maitreyi recharges by going for nature walks, reading, and playing board games. You might run into her at indie folk rock concerts and stand-up comedy shows.
