Participants will explore different breathing, grounding, centering, and high-energy techniques to cultivate calm, joy, and multisensory awareness.
Through a mindful, interactive, and cheerful experience, attendees will deepen their awareness of the body, presence, and art-making while enjoying a sense of joyful inclusion.
The first hour or so will focus on the meditation workshop practices. The remaining time will be devoted to community building, sharing, and mingling, providing space to support one another and prepare for the upcoming final weeks.
