About: This spring, BBB kicks off with a campuswide Speed Mentoring Exchange, where participants will engage in brief, meaningful conversations with multiple mentors and leave with a personalized “mentor map” filled with connections, insights, and resources to support their journey. This 90-minute event will be held on March 3rd, 2026 and will include lunch. Following the event, faculty members may opt into the Bridge Mentorship Program, which offers deeper, individualized support through thoughtfully paired colleagues and flexible, in the moment growth planning. Together, these efforts aim to expand networks, build confidence, and cultivate a sustainable mentoring culture rooted in community and care.
