Eligibility


Transfer applicants should be:

  • undergraduate degree-seeking students
  • admitted (or expecting to be admitted) to CU Denver
  • transferring with a college GPA of 3.25 or higher

We understand transfer paths vary. Applications are reviewed holistically.

Application Process


  • Honors staff review your application within a week.
  • You’ll receive your decision by email.
  • You'll complete your confirmation form for admittance.
  • Admitted students attend an HSP Welcome Workshop to learn how to complete HSP credits.

Important Dates & Deadlines


  • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
  • We recommend applying early to plan out how you will earn your 15 HSP credits.
