Eligibility
Transfer applicants should be:
- undergraduate degree-seeking students
- admitted (or expecting to be admitted) to CU Denver
- transferring with a college GPA of 3.25 or higher
We understand transfer paths vary. Applications are reviewed holistically.

Application Process
- Honors staff review your application within a week.
- You’ll receive your decision by email.
- You'll complete your confirmation form for admittance.
- Admitted students attend an HSP Welcome Workshop to learn how to complete HSP credits.
Important Dates & Deadlines
- Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
- We recommend applying early to plan out how you will earn your 15 HSP credits.
