We encourage you to apply for a scholarship. Some are need-based while others are not. School of Education & Human Development scholarships are usually administered through the school. To apply for these awards, please complete the online scholarship application. Be sure to read the scholarship criteria carefully before applying. Scholarship awards are determined by the School's scholarship committee which includes faculty and staff. Award amounts may vary semester to semester. If you aren't awarded a scholarship the first time you apply, please reapply for any scholarship you are interested in if you continue to meet the criteria. Current students can apply for scholarships via their student portal.
Students who have applied to CU Denver can apply for scholarships via the Prospective Student Portal using their application credential.

The Financial Aid and Scholarships Office has resources for students seeking scholarships, grants, or other awards.
There is also the Sponsored Programs Information Network (SPIN) which is a searchable database for graduate student scholarships.
