CU Denver Web Grading

Grading is now easier than ever.

The Spring 2026 semester is starting and grade rosters will soon be available.

Some sessions may have grade roster available as early as February 16th, 2026.

Grade your courses by Session. Please refer to the specific Term Sessions listed below
Course grades are due 5 days after your course(s) end. Sessions and their grading deadlines are listed below
Grades must be entered no later than 5:00pm on the day listed in the "Grade Roster Due" column
When Grade Rosters have been created in UCD Access, you will have access to your course(s) Grade Roster(s) through your FACULTY PORTAL in UCD Access

Grade Rosters for each of your classes are available by logging into the portal with your campus credentials using the same user id and password that you use to access your University web mail. Please keep in mind that the University of Colorado System and CU Denver ITS security policies require you to protect your credentials and keep them in your possession only; and that no employee should use any other faculty or staff member’s logon credentials.

Go to the UCDAccess portal to log on, and click on the Faculty Tab in the upper left hand corner of the page, then on Faculty Center in the yellow box. Click on ‘My Schedule’ and your grade roster(s) will appear on the left side of the page next to your class roster(s).

If you can logon to UCD Access but the Faculty tab does not appear, please send an email to [email protected].
