Spring Semester Kickoff at CU Denver

A warm Spring welcome was given to the newest arrivals from the International College Beijing
(ICB) at Denver International Airport (DIA) and on campus. The Office of International Affairs team provided airport pick-up for many of the students and helped them settle into their housing for their first night in Colorado. As students adjusted to their new surroundings, the excitement continued with International Student Prep Day, a special orientation designed for international students to ease the transition into life at CU Denver. Through campus tours, speed friending, and other interactive sessions, students had the opportunity to explore campus resources, make new friends, connect with staff, and get answers to their questions—all while getting prepared for a successful academic journey. Classes officially began January 21st. The campus is buzzing, and the ICB students are diving into opportunities to learn, grow, and create lasting memories. Here's to an exciting and successful journey ahead!
