As a Change Maker fellow, you’ll have access to inspiring activities and invaluable tools to plan your next life chapter, one with social impact. You’ll be guided by an expert facilitator to assess where you are in your life and identify your talents,
strengths, and aspirations. Through internal reflection and external discovery, you’ll envision where you want to go next. And you’ll leave with a practical plan to build passion and purpose into your next stage of life.

You’ll join other accomplished professionals at a similar stage of life, sharing stories and learning together as you shape your next chapter.
Explore
In the weekly discussion-based Transitions sessions on Tuesday evenings, you’ll reflect on what you’ve done and explore new trajectories to leverage your experience and contribute in new ways for the greater good. Sample session topics:

In the weekly Perspectives seminar series on Wednesday evenings, you’ll hear from experts on various aspects of a full life, including wellness, traditional and non-traditional work roles, the new world of work, and creative and social impact opportunities. Sample seminar topics:

Grow Your Brain
You’ll have the opportunity to audit university courses, learning alongside traditional-age students.
Take a course for pleasure or intellectual stimulation, without the burden of tests and grades. Learn about architectural history, music theory, social entrepreneurship, or anything in between.
Enrich
With access to university events including lectures, seminars, exhibitions and performances, you’ll expand your intellectual horizons.
You’ll have the option to apply your skills in new ways through volunteering with a nonprofit organization or other social impact venture. Sample internships:
Teach or provide business expertise at early childhood learning centers
Share your tech skills with older adults to help reduce isolation and increase connection
Address food insecurity in Colorado
Help refugees resettle and acclimate to life in the US
