We created the Change Makers program as a place where older adults can think about, share, and explore different possibilities for meaningful new chapters filled with passion and purpose.

Similar programs exist at Stanford, Harvard, and Notre Dame, but as yearlong programs with fees of $50,000 to $70,000 they are out of reach for many.

As growing numbers of people seek meaningful engagement following their primary careers, there is a need to make these types of programs accessible to a broad mix of older adults, including those with more modest incomes.
