Are you an education leader ready to take on an executive role at the district level? The University of Colorado Denver's Executive Leadership Program offers a one-year, 12 semester credit certificate that leads to CDE administrator licensure and prepares participants to land a position and run a school district.
Train with experienced and successful superintendents to:
- Develop a 100-day kick-off plan for your first months on the job
- Analyze and develop strategies for strengthening board relationships
- Build an accountability and staff development project
- Create a personnel and finance plan
Classes are conveniently scheduled to accommodate professional hours and commuting times: 12 weekend sessions in metro Denver combined with online work and hands-on clinical-practice - usually completed in participants' home districts.
We welcome applications from professionals across Colorado who have a master's degree and a minimum of five years leadership experience in education.
