The School of Education & Human Development at the University of Colorado Denver offers an exciting array of professional development courses and programs designed to help busy educators and mental health professionals master challenges in today's schools. Our high-quality programs provide opportunities for career advancement, career change, and personal growth.
This center at UC Denver's School of Education & Human Development collaborates in three major ways, through:
- Building partnerships with local school districts to provide effective research based, practical, on-site and highly personalized training opportunities for staff.
- Collaborating with professional conference planners, instructors, corporations and professional developers to provide University of Colorado credit for conferences, courses, corporate training, and professional development opportunities.
- Offering certificate programs in a variety of academic areas. Programs are open to everyone, but are specifically geared to professionals seeking to broaden their knowledge in a specific content area .We also offer individual courses in collaboration with the Front Range BOCES for Teacher Leadership, the Colorado Principals' Center, and other university partners.
