The annual evaluation period will be ending soon for university staff, classified staff, and faculty.

University Staff Evaluation Period

University Staff evaluation period is July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024.

Rating numbers and the single page Performance Rating Form (PDF) need to be to returned to no later than July 31st. Check with your school/college/unit HR for internal due date.

Note for University Staff:

Denver Human Resources has created a performance management tool (XLSX) to support University Staff supervisors and employees to encourage open and often performance evaluation.

The tool is part of a multi-step process that assists with expectation and goals setting, ongoing check-ins, a midpoint check in, and the summary evaluation for the entire evaluation period.

This is an optional tool. When using it, please return the "Supervisor Summary Evaluation tab" to your school/ college/ unit HR as opposed to the single page performance rating form.

Classified Staff Evaluation Period

Classified staff evaluation period is August 1, 2023, through July 31, 2024.

The "End of Cycle Performance Review" tab from the Classified Performance Management spreadsheet (XLSX)  should be shared with no later than August 30th. Check with your school/college/unit HR for internal due date. The Classified Performance Management spreadsheet is required to be used for Classified Staff evaluations.

Faculty 12-Month

Faculty 12-month evaluation dates are July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024.

9-Month Faculty

9-month faculty evaluation period is August 15, 2023, through May 15, 2024.

All faculty ratings are due to no later than September 30. Check with your school/college/unit HR for internal due date. Please check department bylaws for required steps.
