How to get started?

  1. Call 303-315-7270 to schedule your appointment.

  2. Counseling begins with an Initial Intake. You will receive an email with online forms to complete prior to your appointment -for both in person and telehealth appointments-. Complete the intake forms prior to your first visit.

  3. Attend your intake appointment. This 50-minute information gathering session helps us get to know you. Together we'll find the best plan for you.

  4. After the intake, you will be given a list of referrals that best suits your need, or you will be assigned to one of our clinicians. You'll receive an email to schedule your first session.

  5. Begin sessions. We use a flexible, brief therapy model. Each session lasts approximately 50 minutes, and you have a total of 10 session per calendar year.
