Karen Brown

Karen Brown is a nationally recognized leader in workforce policy and the longevity economy, specializing in employer engagement and innovative strategies to support the 50+ workforce. As CEO of iAging, she consults with businesses and policymakers to advance age-inclusive employment practices. Karen has led initiatives with Age Inclusive Management Strategies (AIMS) and Changing the Narrative’s Age-Friendly Workplace Initiative, supporting employers in recruiting and retaining older workers. She has served on multiple advisory boards and played a key role in shaping corporate, state, and federal workforce policies benefiting older job seekers. Karen holds an MBA in Finance and a BA in Geology.
