As the Director of Strategic Partnerships & Programs at the CU Anschutz Multidisciplinary Center on Aging, Jodi Waterhouse has established a number of community partnerships statewide and nationally. She has been instrumental in piloting a cutting-edge encore program, preparing older adults from diverse backgrounds for new roles as Older Adult Research Specialists who apply knowledge and skills as health navigators to facilitate the participation of underrepresented groups in clinical trials.
